Mark Gorton

Founding CEO

Mark Gorton is the CEO of Sant.ai He is also the founder and Chairman of Tower Research Capital LLC, one of the leading computerized trading firms in the world, as well as Co-Founder & Co-Chairman of the Board for the American Values Super PAC. Prior to this, he was also the founder and CEO of the file-sharing company LimeWire. He started his career working as a trader at Credit Suisse. He received his B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Yale College, his M.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stanford University, and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Jay Mudholkar

Founding COO & Head of Product

Jay Mudholkar is the COO and head of product of Sant.ai. Previously, he served as Chief of Staff at the American Values Super PAC, and worked as Special Assistant and Personal Aide to Campaign Manager / Congressman Dennis Kucinich and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. He started his career working as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse. He received his B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School and his Bachelors of Applied Science in Computer Science from The University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering.

Ashar Farooq

Member of Technical Staff

Ashar Farooq is a Member of Technical Staff at Sant.ai, originally from Karachi, Pakistan. He received his B.S. and M.Eng. in Computer Science from MIT, where he explored fields like data science, economics, and artificial intelligence at several startups. Outside of work, he enjoys food, travel, exploring, and doing side quests.

Rafay Khan

Member of Technical Staff

Rafay Khan is a Member of Technical Staff at Sant.ai. He received his B.S. in Computer Science from Princeton University, where he built software applications for automation and convenience; he is passionate about architecting robust systems and developing innovative approaches to complex engineering problems. Outside of work, he enjoys trying new foods, running, and coding.

Rasti Aldawoodi

Member of Technical Staff

Rasti Aldawoodi is a Member of Technical Staff at Sant.ai. He received a degree in Computer Science from Duke University and has led engineering efforts at multiple startups. With experience across frontend, backend, iOS, and machine learning, he has also built consumer apps independently. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, learning new languages, and working out.

Seon Woo (Sunny) Lee

Member of Technical Staff

Seon Woo (Sunny) Lee is a Member of Technical Staff at Sant.ai, originally from South Korea. She received a degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania. Her experience spans startups and research labs, with a focus on AI. Outside of work, she enjoys discovering new restaurants and traveling.

Jeremy Saputo

Member of Technical Staff

Jeremy Saputo is a Member of Technical Staff at Sant.ai. A California native, he received a degree in Computer Science from UC Berkeley. He has experience building people-first applications and AI-driven features, with a particular interest in creating intuitive tools that bridge complex systems and everyday users. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, writing, and cooking.
